China Accuses Trump of Fueling Iran-Israel Conflict
After closely following the coverage on Al Jazeera, I’ve come to understand that China has strongly criticized former US President Donald Trump for worsening the already escalating conflict between Iran and Israel. According to China's statement, Trump’s recent remarks are doing more harm than good. They accused him of “fanning the flames” and “pouring oil” on the fire — suggesting that his words are only intensifying tensions at a very dangerous moment.
What triggered China’s reaction was Trump’s public warning to Iranian civilians, telling people in Tehran to “immediately evacuate.” This, according to Beijing, could push the situation further toward a crisis. Rather than calming things down or encouraging diplomacy, China believes Trump’s actions are increasing fear, instability, and uncertainty in an already volatile region.
Al Jazeera reports that this criticism comes at a time when global attention is sharply focused on the Middle East, and any comments by major political figures like Trump carry serious weight. China’s response shows concern over how such statements from international leaders could inflame the situation further, instead of promoting peace or restraint.
